Known in house as the Red Clinker House due to the use of recycled red clinker bricks throughout, 21WATT is an inspiring contemporary double storey dual occupancy development located in Airport West

​

The design motive and material selection were heavily inspired by the rich industrial history of Airport West and the Essendon Airport. Utilising a range of hard concrete, brick and steel materials contrasted with the softer timbers. Each unit has a distinct style and look that help create their own sense of identity while still both keeping with the overall industrial theme.

 

Each unit features a large open living area, powder rooms, alfrescos, garages, master bedrooms with an ensuite and walk in robe, 2-3 bedrooms and study/retreat spaces. The design also features and a thought out beautiful landscaping to match.
